As you know, I ended my year-long study on 12 Feb, so I'm starting it up again on 13 Feb for the next 365 days.
13 FEB -- stationary bike 8 miles (morning)
-- stationary bike 4 miles (afternoon)
-- 45:00 -- 5.63 miles -- 483 elevation gain (afternoon)
14 FEB -- 25:23 -- 3.02 miles -- 155 elevation gain
15 FEB -- 1:10:23 -- 8.65 miles -- 538 elevation gain (morning)
-- Insanity workout with my photographer during naptime (afternoon)
TOTAL -- 2:20:46 -- 17.30 miles -- 1176 elevation gain
This was the second portion of my transition week from year 1 to year 2 of my study.
16 FEB -- 1:41:02 -- 10.55 miles -- 1126 elevation gain (before 8" of snow arrived)
17 FEB -- off, but I shoveled a lot of snow
18 FEB -- stationary bike 9 miles (morning)
-- stationary bike 4 miles, upper body weightlifting (afternoon)
19 FEB -- stationary bike 5 miles -- upper body weightlifting (morning)
-- 44:19 -- 5.12 miles -- 636 elevation gain
20 FEB -- stationary bike 5 miles -- 50 pull ups -- 50 burpees
21 FEB -- 44:12 -- 5.01 miles -- 185 elevation gain (morning)
-- 43:38 -- 5.12 miles -- 254 elevation gain (afternoon)
22 FEB -- 41:55 -- 5.02 miles -- 161 elevation gain
TOTAL -- 4:35:06 -- 30.82 miles -- 2362 elevation gain
Slow and easy week because the snow covered the trails all week. Most of these shorter runs were on slippery roads or a treadmill, which I'm not proud to admit.
