Just another week.  Tried to maintain fitness but not overdo it with Bull Run Run 50 coming up 11 April.  I've gained about 10 pounds of muscle over the past 2 months and I can feel it slowing me down.  The goal this coming week is to lose maybe 4-6 pounds of it to be a little lighter for racing through April and May.
