Pretty solid week. I wanted to top 100 miles for the week, but my right foot started giving me issues after Tuesday, so I backed off and didn't run Wednesday through Friday. I was pretty satisfied with my performance at Bull Run Run on Saturday (race recount coming soon), so I think my decision to stay off my feet during the second half of the week paid off. I've recovered well and started running again already to prepare for Promise Land on 26 Apr and the 48-hour festival of misery and pain next month. Looking forward to running and catching up with Tristin and Molly.
