Sort of a slow week, but I didn't anticipate feeling so good after Bull Run last weekend, so I'm happy with the mileage I did get in. Next week should be relatively slow as well as I gear up for the Promise Land 50k on Saturday. I still want to get in about 30 miles prior to the race, which will give me about 60-ish miles for the week. I'm still feeling very good and ready for the 48-hour race next month.
